Can you ship to my country?
I ship worldwide using Hong Kong Postal. Please check the link above to check for availability to your country. The preorder page will usually have a link to the latest available postal services.
What is the return and exchange policy of this store?
All sales are final and I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items during transit. Please check the terms and conditions for more information.
How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped using e-express or registered airmail using Hong Kong Postal, depending on availability. All orders come with tracking, but the extent of tracking availability may differ depending on your country’s standard postal service. You can track your package using 17track.
Major overseas destinations, including the USA, Canada, the Netherlands, Germany and Australia, have do not provide tracking information of registered mail.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders will be shipped 1-2 weeks after the order has been placed, or otherwise specified if it is a preorder item. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. How long will it take for my to receive my order? International orders will take 1-3 months to arrive via surface mail and 1-3 weeks to arrive via airmail. Order timing may differ depending on the timing and circumstances.
